Would you like to own a town? If you have $400,000, you could make that dream a reality by buying Swett, S.D., according to the Rapid City Journal.

Lance Benson, the owner of Swett, an unincorporated hamlet in Bennett County, has put it up for sale so he can focus more on his traveling concession business, according to the Journal.

The bar, workshop, three trailers, house, and more than 6 acres of prairie real estate are included in the sale.

About 40 people lived in Swett in the 1940s with a post office and a grocery store. But now only two people inhabit it -- Benson and his wife, the Journal reports.
